I recently purchased a used 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy Night Edition with 35k miles. So far I love it.
All four of my tires are slowly losing air pressure. About 4 psi in two months time. I verified the TPMS reading with a secondary digital gauge. They both read within one psi of each other. Has anyone else had this problem?
Years ago I had a vehicle with chrome wheels and they did the same thing. The chrome had delaminated from the rim where the tire seats. This caused a continuous slow leak. My mechanic removed the chrome from the area then buffed the rim. This fixed the slow leak. I am wondering if this could be the same type of issue, where the black has separted causing a slow leak? I don't believe it is an actual tire problem as all four wheels are doing the same thing.
Any ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
