Floor vents don't work

Anyone having problems with the floor vents not working? I've tried to have heat come out the floor vents several times and nothing happens. I can hear the air moving behind the console and the upper vents work. 2024 SEL hybrid.

The service tech figured out the problem. The floor vents work, they're just so far back (they blow on your toes if your foot is on the accelerator) that you can't tell they're working. Not a great design but at least they're not broken.
